Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Android Developer with experience in building Android apps for the wireless telecom space. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact project and be rewarded with equity or revenue share, aligning your success with the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications focused on wireless telecom functionalities (e.g., IMS, WFC, Opportunistic Data).
• Collaborate to define and implement features that enhance connectivity and user experience.
• Optimize app performance for low-latency, high-reliability telecom use cases.
• Ensure seamless integration with Public-Private 4G/5G Networks and Hardware.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and innovate new solutions for the telecom market.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Android development experience (Kotlin/Java) with a focus on wireless telecom applications.
• Proven track record of building and deploying apps in the telecom space (e.g., VoLTE, WFC, IMS, or network diagnostics).
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and telecom-specific APIs.
• Experience with real-time communication protocols and network optimization techniques.
• Passion for working in a startup environment and comfort with equity or revenue-share compensation models.
